Indian Head Massage

What is Indian Head Massage?

Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for thousands of years and has been passed on through many generations within Indian families.

Traditionally it was solely practised on the head, hence its name, however nowadays it includes massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck and face as well.  Treatments are ideal for use in an office environment, as the client does not need to remove any items of clothing, and oils do not have to be used.

What is involved in an Indian Head Massage treatment?

You will be seated on an ordinary chair, and treatments are carried out over your clothing. The massage includes your shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face.  You decide what treatment you would like: it can be either relaxing or energising.  Oils are not usually used when treating in the workplace.
